Pre-Paid Dental Plans
Pre-Paid plans have a set network of dentists. There is NO out of network coverage.
You must first choose a dentist from the provider list prior to enrolling. Upon enrollment you will receive a list
of all dental procedures and their prospective copay amount. The copay is what you are responsible to pay to the
dentist at time of service. These plans are affordable and have no waiting periods, no plan maximums and no deductibles
to meet. There is also an orthodontic discount included at no extra cost.

PPO and Indemnity Dental Plans
PPO dental plans give you the freedom to see any dentist. Although, you can receive
more cost savings if you see a dentist within the PPO network. These plans pay a
percentage of the cost of care. PPO policies are subject to waiting periods for major
services and yearly benefit plan maximums.
